Your Contribution
As a Wetland Specialist on our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical direction to a team of professionals, and managing and executing a variety of Natural Resource study projects including Environmental Impact Assessments, Wetland Delineation and Compensation Plans, Species at Risk and Habitat Assessments, Ecological Risk Assessments to both public and private sector clients.
  • Provide consulting services for Natural Resource study projects;
  • Conduct Wetland Delineation programs and prepare Wetland Compensation plans;
  • Execute and oversee Environmental Impact Assessment studies;
  • Perform Species at Risk and Ecological Risk Assessments;
  • Mentor and direct other environmental professionals and technicians;
  • Prepare and review technical deliverables;
  • Build and/or support client relationships, working in conjunction with senior leadership team;
  • Consult on matters of design, processes, and engineering techniques related to growth opportunities, business development and planning; and
  • Provide effective technical leadership, direction and support for members of the team .

Your Profile
  • University Degree in Engineering, Applied Science or Geology or in an environment-related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Natural Resources studies;
  • Qualified to perform wetland delineations and functional assessments in New Brunswick;
  • Experience working on Federal client assignments is considered a strong asset;
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
