Overview:Our client is ushering in the PetaOps era for artificial intelligence. Their mission is to help companies running AI workloads to run neural networks faster, cooler, and cost effectively using at-memory computing. They are looking for an experienced, versatile and talented Technical Marketing person to join their team. You will be working with our customers, partners and cross functionally with our business development, product management and engineering teams to develop and showcase compelling proof points and product demos that tell a clear story to customers to ensure that our customers' client workloads are ported and running efficiently on company's products. Also, you will be an evangelist - building and showcasing demonstrations that get our customers and our business development people excited and inspired.
What you will be doing:
  • Work with product marketing to ensure accurate messaging
  • Create demos and other compelling proof points
  • Train customers on our systems, hardware and software
  • Present technical sessions and demos
  • Provide technical insights in media engagement (media briefings)
  • Work closely with customers to technically support them through the sales process
  • Become a trusted technical advisor and provide customer support on all silicon and software questions
  • Be the bridge between customers and engineering
  • Validate customer deliverables
  • Travel to customer sites when needed
  • Be an internal customer advocate and being the interface to engineering
  • Create technical documentation and collateral such as data sheets, user guides, training materials and technology white papers.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define hardware and software product requirements.
What you must have:
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI training and inference
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Linux, and scripting
  • Strong knowledge of neural network architectures, including those for object detection, natural language processing, and semantic segmentation
  • Ability to understand and explain hardware and software architecture at a high level
  • Experience with bringing up, testing and debugging embedded hardware and software
  • Ability to interface between customer and engineering - translating customer asks to engineering requirements and technical features into customer benefit
  • A passion for sharing and collaboration.
