The Role: Property Manager

As the Property Manager, you will have primary responsibility for the on-site management of operations. You will be:

• Attending and leading Board of Directors meetings, preparing and submitting crucial reports.
• Advising the Board on the Condominium Act's requirements, including sub-committees and AGMs.
• Collaborating closely with the Accounting Team for financial oversight and budget management.
• Managing the performance of site and administration staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Championing a customer-centric approach to address resident inquiries and enhance living standards.
• Establishing professional relationships with service providers to ensure quality maintenance and services.

Who We're Looking For:

• Professionals with over five years in residential property management and a proven track record of success.
• Individuals with a valid General License from the CMRAO and an RCM designation (highly desirable).
• Strong communicators with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Team leaders capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy candidates proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with financial/ERP systems.
