The Role: Assistant Property Manager

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role within the on-site management team, driving the day-to-day operations to ensure the highest standards of living for residents. Working under the guidance of the Property Manager, you will:

  • Handle service requests from residents, offering solutions or escalating as needed.
  • Craft and maintain vital communication materials for residents.
  • Support the management team, stepping in as the primary backup for the Property Manager.
  • Manage a log of contract service vendors and assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Engage in the collection of fees and manage accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate with contractors and assist in the tendering process for services and supplies.
  • Play a key role in event planning and maintaining emergency plans.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Individuals with at least three years of experience in residential / Condo property management.
  • Those having completed relevant coursework towards a professional licensing in the field.
  • Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and JDE EnterpriseOne.
  • Committed professionals able to navigate fast-paced environments.
