Position Available: Director, Property Management

Dive deep into the realm of property management with a role that spans across Ontario and Quebec, overseeing a distinguished residential portfolio. This position is perfect for individuals with a robust background in property management or those aspiring to elevate their careers in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Your Role Involves:

  • Team Leadership: Direct and develop a team of property management professionals to ensure operational excellence. Participate in hiring, training, and coaching, setting high standards and accountability.
  • Operations Management: Craft annual operating plans and budgets, supervise major contracts, and ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Strategic Oversight: Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency, implementing strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and profitability.
  • Customer Relations: Lead a comprehensive Resident Service program to provide exceptional service experiences to all residents and guests.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including the Residential Tenancies Act.

Were Looking For Someone With:

  • A minimum of 8 years in management within the property or hotel management sectors.
  • Bachelors degree in business, hospitality, or related field; relevant certifications (CPM, RPA) are advantageous.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong mentoring and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a talent for operational management and strategic planning.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with tenants, team members, and stakeholders.
