Integrated Staffing is currently seeking Production Labourers for our client, a leading manufacturer of wall and floor truss systems in Richibucto, NB. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role suited for individuals who value teamwork, safety, and quality craftsmanship.
About the Role
You will be responsible for operating equipment and assembling wall and floor truss systems. This involves placing pre-cut pieces of wood into pre-set patterns, securing them with nails at all corners, and guiding the completed truss through a press to compress the nails. Additional duties may include loading lumber on saw decks and using a framing nailer to build kneewalls.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble truss components accurately and efficiently.Place and secure pre-cut lumber pieces using hammers or nail guns.Operate equipment to press and secure trusses after assembly.Load lumber for saw operations as needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Reliable transportation and punctuality (arrive a few minutes before 7:00 AM start).Steel-toed boots required; all other PPE provided.Experience in carpentry, manufacturing, or construction is an asset.Why You'll Love ItSteady full-time hours with early Fridays!Safe and supportive team environment.Hands-on work with opportunities to build and learn new skills.Pay Rate: $19.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM & Friday, 7:00 AM–2:30 PMRefer Talent, Get Rewarded
