Program Highlights

  • 18-Month Rotational Journey Gain hands-on experience across sales functions including business development, account management, customer solutions, and sales analytics & enablement.
  • Customer Engagement Work directly with clients, learning how to position Armstrongs differentiated solutions and deliver measurable value.
  • Value & Solution Selling Master Armstrongs scientific and consultative approach to sales, focusing on solving customer challenges.
  • Learning & Mentorship Develop your technical, commercial, and leadership skills through structured training and personalized mentorship.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Service, and Engineering teams to bring innovative customer solutions to market.

What Were Looking For

  • Education A recent graduate with a bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields); candidates with a dual background in Business/Management and technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
  • Early Exposure to Sales or Projects Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued.
  • Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex technical concepts and confidently present to different audiences.
  • Analytical Skills Demonstrated ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions (through coursework, projects, or competitions).
  • Digital Skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, or collaboration platforms is an advantage.
  • Team Orientation Track record of working effectively in group projects, student organizations, or part-time jobs that required teamwork and collaboration.
  • Adaptability Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and operate in a fast-paced, global business environment.
