Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, enhance online visibility, and support brand growth across residential, commercial, or student housing assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including leasing, development, and design to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, ILS (Internet Listing Services), and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Implement retargeting and geo-targeting strategies to reach high-intent audiences.
Website & SEO Optimization
- Manage website content, landing pages, and SEO initiatives to increase traffic and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO enhancements, and technical SEO audits.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, web traffic, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data.
Content & Email Marketing
- Collaborate with content creators and on-site teams to produce compelling digital content and post to blogs, social media accounts, emails, and video campaigns.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and property launch communications.
Social Media Management
- Manage organic social media calendars and paid social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Monitor trends and community engagement, ensuring alignment with brand voice and real estate trends.
CRM & Lead Nurturing
- Assist in CRM management to track customer journey and lead status (Entrata, Hootsuite, other AI platforms).
- Knowledge of building workflows that guide leads through the leasing or sales funnel.
Marketing Collateral Development
- Create visually appealing and brand-aligned marketing collateral to support leasing and sales efforts.
- Design and coordinate signage, brochures, posters, window graphics, flyers, and other promotional materials tailored to each propertys unique identity.
- Ensure all collateral supports the brand's positioning, tone, and leasing objectives across multiple markets.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in real estate or property marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO best practices, and other analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation software.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, other graphic design tools, WordPress, and Mailchimp.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and optimizing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
