They are currently looking for a Software Engineer/ Software Developer to join their amazing team. In this role, you will help to support and maintain their web platform, core services, and APIs. These services provide mission-critical functionality to their many thousands of customers. What you will be doing:
  • Support and maintain features, services, and APIs for our client's mature SaaS platform.
  • Liaise with Support, Enterprise Relationship Managers, and other teams to deliver improvements to the platform.
  • Participate in all phases of the iterative development cycle.
  • Automate the development process as they strive for Continuous Integration and Delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with their distributed platform architecture.
  • Assist and mentor team members, ensuring high quality results get delivered on-time.
  • Clearly articulate ideas both verbally and written, with a positive attitude.
  • Appreciate and acknowledge individual and team contributions.
  • Work with our client's DevOps Team to ensure 24x7 uptime for their SaaS infrastructure.
What you must have:
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience using C#, .Net, and SQL.
  • Experience with Javascript, Angular, HTML, ASP.NET.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, VB.NET.
  • Embrace contemporary Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Good understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions in AWS (or similar).
  • Experience using Jira and Git.
