Employment Requirements: Must be a US Person and willing to be hired as a full-time employee (FTE) at SAP NS2.

Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Ariba Buying and Invoicing Team Lead (B&I TL) / Cloud Customer Service professional to join our NS2 Ariba Enablement project. This role involves driving technical design decisions, influencing SAP solutions across various functions, and providing expert support in the Source to Pay processes through SAP Ariba solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design decisions for SAP solutions, focusing on downstream modules related to Buying and Invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Functional, Customer Procurement, and IT teams to understand requirements, and design and build effective SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Support business migration of new suppliers and processes to Ariba, including configuration, testing, and technical issue resolution.
  • Develop proofs-of-concept (POC) for evaluating potential new solutions and technologies.
  • Present technical designs and data analyses to business teams, influencing solution design and approach.
  • Hands-on involvement in SAP Ariba downstream modules and integration efforts, including experience with cXML, Proxies, IDOCs, Web services, CIG, and CPI.
  • Expertise in Ariba API usage, supplier integration, catalog administration, and Ariba Punch-out and CIF catalogs setup.
  • Provide training, assistance, and support to suppliers during catalog setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with Ariba support teams on service request and incident ticket creation and resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ariba B&I, with at least 3 end-to-end Ariba implementations.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ariba solutions and services.
  • Strong program and customer relationship management experience.
  • Proficient in technical aspects of SAP Ariba and its integration with other systems.
  • Experience with Procure to Pay processes in Ariba.
  • Familiarity with finance business processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, and Tax) is advantageous.
