Musquodoboit Valley Home for Special Care (commonly known as Braeside) is a 29 bed Long Term Care facility providing Level 1 and 2 holistic care. Braeside is a not-for-profit Community Governed Organization (CGO) managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We have an excellent reputation throughout the community for providing resident centered care which maintains dignity and maximizes independence.

Our facility is located approximately one hour outside of Halifax in the village of Middle Musquodoboit, NS
