- Partner with the Program Manager to support integrated program and project management across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional and technical teams to enable strong collaboration, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
- – Provide professional support to the Grievance Committee in grievance processes.
- – Assist negotiation teams during collective bargaining and contract drafting efforts.
- – Communicate effectively with AUNBT members and promote positive relations with UNB.
