

- Respond to inquiries, maintain files, manage budgets.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Identify trends, provide insights, maintain confidentiality.


- Carry out literature searches to evaluate analytical methods and prepare research plans.
- Provide timely analytical support for process development projects.
- Develop in-process QC procedures and modern analytical methodologies using QbD and DoE.


- Provide individual case management and service-delivery to residential and outreach clients.
- Perform specialized service offerings delegated by the Government of New Brunswick.
- Organize and (cofacilitate psycho-educational/self-development groups and workshops.
