- Provide individual case management and service-delivery to residential and outreach clients.
- Perform specialized service offerings delegated by the Government of New Brunswick.
- Organize and (cofacilitate psycho-educational/self-development groups and workshops.


- Respond to inquiries, maintain files, manage budgets.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Identify trends, provide insights, maintain confidentiality.


- Supervise engine department personnel and assign tasks
- Manage watchkeeping personnel in Engine Room
- Organize maintenance of technical installations
