- Ensure compliance with safe working practices
- Manage engine department personnel and resources
- Supervise maintenance and technical installations


- Support incident programs, review, assess severity, approve minor incidents.
- Participate in internal and external audit programs.
- Manage and lead changes to SOPs, support changes made by other departments.


- Provide individual case management and service-delivery to residential and outreach clients.
- Perform specialized service offerings delegated by the Government of New Brunswick.
- Organize and (cofacilitate psycho-educational/self-development groups and workshops.
