

- Develop and apply HSE programs and processes
- Interface with stakeholders on HSE matters
- Conduct compliance audits and research for HSE improvements


- Develop and track project schedules, complete coaxial and fiber designs.
- Issue work to contractors, schedule construction, and order/monitor materials.
- Prepare and issue tenders, provide project cost estimates, handle contractor quotes.


- Analyze operational processes for improvements.
- Support implementation of people, process, and system changes.
- Act as a change leader and deliver change management framework.
