

- Assist customers with upgrading phones and reviewing services.
- Resolve issues with service packages and TV channel requests.
- Provide information on current deals and savings opportunities.


- Lead a team of Field Safety Specialists and coordinate with contractor safety representatives.
- Lead, implement, manage and assess safety programs, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure processes and procedures relating to project-related safety are aligned with the Nova Scotia Power SMS.
