

- Oversee daily operations of VAS systems to meet performance and availability KPIs.
- Conduct software upgrades, updates, patch loading, and testing for VAS systems.
- Provide operational and customer support, troubleshooting to maintain service.


- Lead building and facilities projects in various sectors
- Develop strong client relationships and act as the client's single point of contact
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded on all projects


- Provides housing loss prevention and stabilization services to vulnerable adults
- Completes needs assessments, applications, and forms with clients
- Connects clients to provincial programs and community organizations
