

- Ensure efficient organization of lawyers' practices, manage schedules, email correspondence, phone calls, logistics, and meeting preparation.
- Establish contact with clients and consistently exceed their expectations.
- Prepare client invoices and expense receipts, assist with meeting room preparation and setting up audiovisual equipment.


- Perform month-end close activities, prepare financial reports
- Generate reports using M3, HFM, QlikView to support decisions
- Collaborate with business units, drive process improvements
