- Supervise technical operations and ensure resources are operational.
- Coordinate with on-site staff and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Train new operators and evaluate performance during live events.
- Master's degree in speech therapy or equivalent approved by the Association of Speech Therapists and Audiologists of New Brunswick.
- Registered member of the Association of Speech Therapists and Audiologists of New Brunswick or eligible for registration.
- Knowledge of the target population of the Extra-Mural Program and available community services.
- – Develops annual work plans with RAOS partners to enhance health services.
- – Implements strategic initiatives in collaboration with health networks and stakeholders.
- – Analyzes project outcomes and manages budgets to ensure effective service delivery.
