- Acts as a central resource for university leaders on statutory obligations related to discrimination, harassment, and violence.
- Meets with individuals to discuss concerns and explain options under policies, statutes, and agreements.
- Conducts trauma-informed investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and sexualized violence.


- Drive continued momentum and execution of strategic plan
- Build strong relationships with government, industry, and partners
- Ensure successful design, launch, and evaluation of key initiatives


- Provide individual case management and service-delivery to residential and outreach clients.
- Perform specialized service offerings delegated by the Government of New Brunswick.
- Organize and (cofacilitate psycho-educational/self-development groups and workshops.
