

- Coordinate service and aftermarket sales for Door Opening Solutions Group
- Report to Group Manager and provide exceptional client service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required


- Ensure efficient organization of lawyers' practices, manage schedules, email correspondence, phone calls, logistics, and meeting preparation.
- Establish contact with clients and consistently exceed their expectations.
- Prepare client invoices and expense receipts, assist with meeting room preparation and setting up audiovisual equipment.


- Coordinate international shipments ( air, ocean and ground from booking to delivery
- Communicate with overseas agents, carriers and custom brokers to facilitate logistics operations
- Manage and update customer information and sales activities in our TMW system
