

- Conduct accessibility reviews of buildings and sites
- Provide advice on design improvements for accessibility
- Identify barriers and recommend solutions for accessibility


- Manage income taxation across the Group, including Canadian tax compliance, installments, research, and audit coordination.
- Work directly with our accounting teams in preparing annual tax provisions, and cash tax forecasts.
- Collaborate with our operational teams in transaction reviews and contribute to other planning initiatives.


- Create budgets and estimates, clarify work with subcontractors.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Develop project execution plans, attend site visits for evaluation.
