- Soutien administratif pour la Division des Services de Patrouille
- Réception des appels et gestion des fournitures de bureau
- Maîtrise de l'informatique et habilitation de sécurité approuvée


- Minimum 1-3 years' legal admin experience
- Strong MS Office skills & typing abilities
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.


- Coordinate and administer documents for public building design and construction projects.
- Work effectively with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments, industry, and Nova Scotia Health.
