

- Assist sales team with inventory analysis & order coordination
- Coordinate shipments, paperwork, truck bookings, & follow-up
- Work with multiple departments to ensure efficient scheduling


- Diplôme en adjointe administrative ou adjoint administratif
- Expérience en administration et service à la clientèle
- Bilinguisme, organisation, gestion du temps


- Minimum 1-3 years' legal admin experience
- Strong MS Office skills & typing abilities
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
