- Input data to SPB system ensuring billing accuracy
- Prepare monthly reports, support billing queries, manage projects


- Admin certificate & 1 year FSR experience
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Proficient in Excel & Word


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in dairy industry.
- Collaborate on strategic planning and priority setting.
- Guide sales teams, monitor performance, and foster relationships.
