What You'll Be Doing

Manage Customer Implementation

  • Maintain accurate project records and tracking tools, including progress updates and anticipated completion dates.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to take initiative and adapt as priorities change.
  • Telecommunications knowledge or experience is preferred, particularly with Internet, Data, Voice and Cable TV services.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and design, including structured cabling, fibre optic and hybrid fibre-coaxial (HFC) systems, is considered an asset.
