Moosehead Breweries Limited is Canada's last-major brewer still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been operated by the Oland family since it was established in 1867.
We are currently seeking a MARKETING COORDINATOR to support the Boston Beer Company portfolio. This role will be primarily focused on the Twisted Tea, Sun Cruiser, and Truly Hard Seltzer brands nationally.
This role can be based remotely within Canada or at the Moosehead Brewery in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, this position will support annual innovation strategy, product commercialization, the creation of internal selling tools, brand guidelines, and more. To be successful in this role, the individual must be a skilled communicator who is organized, reliable, and highly collaborative. Strong project management skills are also required to navigate a complex network of internal and external stakeholders, including Boston Beer Company, agency and procurement partners, and organizations such as the NHL.
- Support the development and execution of annual innovation and new product launch strategies across partner brands.
- Coordinate product commercialization activities, including packaging development, regulatory approvals, and cross-functional project management.
- Assist in the creation of sales tools and customer-facing materials to support commercial objectives and customer presentations.
- Conduct market, product, and competitive research to inform brand strategy and business decisions.
- Maintain and administer brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand communications and activations.
- Develop, update, and facilitate brand training materials and programs for internal stakeholders.
- Manage product portfolio information, including product listings, specifications, and item master data.
- Support budget management processes, including invoice administration, expense tracking, and budget reporting.
- Coordinate internal communications, documentation, and content management through platforms such as SharePoint.
- Organize and support meetings, events, and cross-functional team initiatives, including National Sales Meeting activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and the in-house graphics team to brief, review, proofread, and consolidate feedback and approvals for static advertising intended for inside and outside retail footprints.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support to the Partner Brands team as required.

- Previous experience in marketing is preferred.
- Beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States is an asset.
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Teams, Viva Engage, and Outlook, is an asset.
- Proficiency with Canva is an asset.
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront and Monday.com is an asset.
