Jump Recruitment Specialists have partnered with Transbec in their search for a full-time permanent, Warehouse Associate. In this role you will combine customer service with warehouse duties.

In 2020, the growth continued, with 16 warehouses spanning coast to coast totaling over 400,000 square feet. There are now more than 230 employees on the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Warehouse Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring orders are processed efficiently.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform physical tasks, including regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning customers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with sales support activities and build strong relationships with repeat customers.
  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations and complete other customer service and warehouse-related duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving environment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including safely lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Forklift certification is considered an asset.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
