Wage: $32.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start time (Occasional out-of-town deliveries required)

Location: Gloucester, On

We are currently hiring an experienced AZ Flatbed Driver for our client specializing in the delivery of lumber and building materials throughout Ottawa and the surrounding areas. This position involves operating a 6-axle flatbed trailer and delivering materials directly to construction sites. Drivers will be responsible for unloading products using a Moffett forklift and providing professional customer service at each delivery location.

Job Duties

• Operate an AZ truck with a 6-axle flatbed trailer
• Deliver lumber and building materials to construction sites
• Safely operate a Moffett forklift to unload materials
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork
• Follow all company safety policies and MTO regulations
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations

Requirements

• Valid AZ Driver's Licence
• Minimum 2 years of AZ driving experience
• Previous flatbed experience required
• Experience operating a Moffett forklift
• Clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR
• Strong knowledge of Ottawa and surrounding areas
• Ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced environment
