Pricing Manager

Our Revenue Management team is seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Pricing Manager to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across our Home Services portfolio (Internet, TV, and Home Phone). This role is ideal for a business or finance professional looking to become a key partner to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will shape pricing decisions that balance revenue growth, margin, and customer value. You’ll also ensure we remain competitive in a fast-moving market.
What You'll Do
Drive Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end pricing strategy for all home services, including acquisition, retention, promotional, and in-market offers
- Optimize price structures to improve revenue growth, margin, customer lifetime value, and market competitiveness
- Evaluate trade-offs between growth, profitability, churn, and customer value using strong financial discipline
- Develop customer acquisition and loyalty pricing strategies that balance compelling market offers with sustainable commercial outcomes
Deliver Market & Financial Insights
- Analyze competitive trends, customer behavior, and regional performance
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Identify risks and opportunities to enhance pricing effectiveness and market position
Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing with go-to-market and financial targets
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions that impact revenue, growth, and retention
Financial & Analytical Leadership
- Build models to assess pricing scenarios, elasticity, revenue impact, and profitability
- Track performance through KPIs and continuously refine pricing strategies
- Present insights in a clear, executive-ready format
What You Bring
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CFA considered an asset)
- Experience in pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, or strategy, ideally in telecom, subscription-based services, or competitive consumer markets
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (revenue, margin, churn)
- Ability to turn data into practical, commercially sound recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong business judgment
