Job Title: Warehouse Shipper/Receiver
Location: St John's, Newfoundland
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Rate of Pay: $25 per hour
Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team. As a shipper/receiver, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare and package outgoing orders
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a shipping/receiving department
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
