Are you passionate about optimizing infrastructure to support cutting-edge technology and business growth? Eastlink is seeking a Space and Power Asset Manager to join our dynamic Facilities team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our national network by managing the physical spaces and systems that power our operations.

As a key member of the Facilities team, you’ll act as an enterprise asset manager—ensuring our buildings and systems are not only maintained but strategically developed to support resilience, efficiency, and expansion. You’ll work across departments to plan and execute infrastructure projects that directly support Eastlink’s network capacity and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Forecast and plan for space and power capacity growth across Eastlink’s national footprint
  • Design and update CAD drawings for head end floor plans and equipment racks
  • Lead infrastructure upgrades including HVAC, power systems, and equipment installations
  • Manage the lifecycle of critical building systems—generators, batteries, HVAC, and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with service needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Travel to construction sites and coordinate with vendors and project teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in building power management and infrastructure planning
  • Strong knowledge of fire, electrical, and building codes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical problem-solving
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in telecommunications and project management is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, passport, and access to a personal vehicle
