Job Description: We are currently looking for a Sales-oriented person to join our team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Although based in Dartmouth, you will also work with our entire East Coast team to service our clients across the Maritimes and Canada, providing exceptional service and customized recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee branch accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement strategies for business development and B2B sales.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking account performance and sales metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate negotiations and resolve issues.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Be the key contact for our clients.
- Liaison with all existing clientele ensuring all service deliverables and customer service goals are being exceeded.
- Conceptualize the big picture and work towards the fulfillment of goals.
- Source key business opportunities and implement business development plans.
- Develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients while identifying key service deliverables to clients.
- Navigate under strict deadlines while managing assigned tasks to completion.
- Professionally communicating corporate objectives to a variety of parties.
- Prepare sales documents for existing clients and prospective clients.
- Meet weekly metrics.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required; experience in the Employment & Staffing Industry is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients.
- Ability to navigate under strict deadlines while managing assigned tasks to completion.
- Ability to professionally communicate corporate objectives to a variety of parties.
- Daily use of a vehicle is mandatory.
