Your Role as a Staffing Coordinator:

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will design creative strategies to attract top talent, prioritizing meaningful candidate relationships. You'll streamline hiring processes with efficiency while ensuring a personal touch. You'll create exceptional and positive experiences for new hires. Most importantly, you'll foster authentic, trust-based relationships with candidates, clients, and potential clients to drive success.

Who We're Looking For:

We seek passionate individuals with a commitment to recruitment, HR excellence, client connections and a drive to succeed. You should have proven success in staffing or HR coordination, with a focus on relationship-building, and possess outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals.

Salary Range : $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 plus bonuses, commisisons.
