Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-1pm, hours may be extended depending on workload

Overview
Seeking a skilled baker fluent in English and French to craft high-quality breads, pastries, and more-maintaining kitchen standards, managing inventory, and engaging bilingual customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Manage inventory: track ingredient levels, reorder supplies, and maintain accurate records of production and deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and French-answer questions, explain products, and fulfill special orders.
- Follow recipes with precision, measure ingredients, and operate commercial baking equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary workspace according to food-safety standards.
- Manage ingredient inventory and restocking.
- Provide excellent customer service in English and French
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency (English & French; spoken & written).
- High school diploma or equivalent; baking or pastry training is an asset.
- Proven baking experience with strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Physically capable of early shifts, standing long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
