Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: St John's, NL
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (weekends when required)
Hourly Rate: $25
Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff, events, and facilities. Reporting to the President, this full-time (40 hrs/week) role requires strong leadership, organization, and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar, restaurant, kitchen, events, and facility operations
- Recruit, manage, and evaluate staff performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Develop and execute monthly goals and marketing strategies
- Manage budgets, inventories, and vendor relationships
- Maintain high standards of member and customer service
- Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness, and preventive programs
- Report regularly to the Branch Executive and attend board meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in hospitality or non-profit sectors
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in budgeting, staffing, and event coordination
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards
