Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: St. John's, NL

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Hourly Rate: $22/hour

Dress Code: Business Professional

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team at a well-established business located in the heart of St. John's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and process invoices
  • Post payments and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Perform account reconciliations and track expenses
  • Support accurate financial reporting and bookkeeping
  • Provide reception coverage as needed

  • Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills
  • Experience using accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills
