Parts Advisor

Shifts: Monday through Saturday (Full-Time Working Hours)

Hours: Rotating Shifts

Pay Rate: $24

Location: Kingston

Our client in the Kingston Area is looking for a full-time Parts Advisor to join their team. Their success is built upon constant commitment to customer service excellence. If you have any experience working as a Parts Advisor, or in a parts store please reach out! This is the job for you!

Job Details:

• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Interact, respond and follow up with customers daily
• Process customer orders through the computer system ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery service
• Shipping and receiving
• Follow directions from supervisor and/or manager
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and their parts OR willingness to learn
• Parts department experience considered an asset
• Team player
• Computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work a rotating shift
