We are seeking a personable, motivated, and results-driven Equipment Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at a reputable and fast-paced equipment dealership in Kingston. In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping customers find the ideal compact equipment solutions to meet their needs, while fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in clients and potential leads to understand their equipment needs
- Actively follow up on inquiries and identify new sales opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in our CRM system
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional initiatives
- Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
What You Bring to the Role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural or compact equipment sales
- Valid G-Class driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
- Comfortable using CRM software and general computer applications
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to sales
