Warehouse General Labour
Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario (Near Leslie & 16th Ave)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Overview

This position involves offloading completed cartons from pick carts and placing them onto conveyor lines within a busy, fast-paced distribution center where you will be on your feet for most of the shift. The Warehouse General Labour associate is responsible for assisting with any other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Offloading completed cartons from pick carts.
• Folding and taping cartons.
• Placing onto conveyor lines.
• Unloading or loading boxes, lifting up to 40 lbs. (From floor to waist)
• Collecting old/used cartons.
• Breaking down boxes & cartons.
• Cleaning and sweeping up in different areas of the Distribution Centre.
• Keeping the work area clear of debris and dirt. Discarding empty cartons/plastic and other debris.
• Following the supervisor's instructions and adhering to all company rules and policies.

Working Conditions

• Distribution warehouse environment
• Physical work including lifting, walking, standing, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
