Administrative Assistant
Location: Mississauga, ON
We are actively seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with high volume email correspondence for the Gaming and Lottery sector. You will deal with casinos and terminals locally and across the country.
Wage: $19.00/hr
Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Shift Available: Monday to Friday
Job Description:
- Schedule casino technicians
- Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for Eastern Canada
- Order parts and monitor repairs for Quebec
- Create purchase orders
- Code and create Canadian invoices & follow-ups
- Enter the majority of information into a SAP platform
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- General office duties - order supplies, answer phones, arrange meetings ad hoc
Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent email etiquette
- Intermediate computer skills
- Positive attitude
