The Role:
As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Credit Clerk for a 12-month term to our team of professionals.Based in our Blacks Harbour, NB sales office, this is an opportunity for someone to learn, advance and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.We are seeking a confident, independent, self-starter who has a sense of urgency to add to our claims department. The successful candidate will be a customer-service oriented team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. This position be responsible for preparing reports, assisting in the investigation of customer claims, data entry of credits, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The successful applicant will be experienced and comfortable working in the Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Excel in particular.
