Full-Time Office Administrator Position

Charlottetown, PE

C1A 7M8

Responsible for working with 3-4 other staff members, assisting them and maintaining the office in an operational manner.
Administrative duties would include:
* answering telephones & inquiries from the general public
* incoming and outgoing mail
* preparation of government documents
* ordering stationary supplies, service supplies, etc.
* maintaining confidentiality both in and outside the workplace
Accounting Functions:
* data entry
* inventory control
* preparation of month end financial statements
* monthly bank reconciliations
* handling & arranging bank deposits
* Receiver General payments, GST returns
* preparation of T4 information
* maintaining a petty cash float
* payroll, pension plan & benefits plan
