Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our client's business with over 40 years of expertise, trusting their legacy of quality and craftsmanship based in Saint John, NB. Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Rate of Pay: $90k - $105k Annual Salary

Responsibilities:

· Site visitations throughout Southern New Brunswick for estimating and site inspections.

· Plans reading and take offs for estimating.

· Develop and prepare quotations as well as estimating and bid preparation.

· Crew and job coordination including safety assurance.

· Quality and inventory control.

· Customer service and order processing.

· Project management from start to completion.

· Follow up with clients and maintain quality client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

· Business Degree, Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent.

· Must be able to organize and prioritize efficiently as well as meet deadlines as required.

· Ability to excel in collaborative or individual settings.

· Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities are essential.

· Professionalism and productivity.

· Willingness to train, further education in company sponsored programs or travel as requested.

· Bilingualism a plus.

· Access to a vehicle and valid drivers license required.

· Sales experience and/or exposure to the construction industry would be an asset.
