About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to cover for a 12-18 month maternity leave and spearhead our digital strategy and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving market lead generation and nurturing through innovative marketing strategies, campaign leadership, digital marketing execution, SEO/SEM optimization, and insightful analytics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize lead conversion scores, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

What's Involved

  • Drive Lead nurturing and conversion marketing programs, working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technology, Marketing, and operations) to optimize lead conversation scores.
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns using our marketing automation and email marketing platform to drive end-to-end lead generation programs from campaign planning to campaign management including lead scoring, lead nurturing, automation, forms, connectors, landing pages and more.
  • Be the lead within marketing to develop and optimize CRM automations and campaigns through extensive research and analysis, with goals of effective lead conversion. This includes Standard Operating Procedures for Lead Nurturing through agents and new opportunities based on persona mapping and client journeys
  • You will plan, develop, and run campaigns with explicit goals, metrics and executed schedule, and additional ROI analysis where possible. These campaigns will involve email, paid search, display, social media advertising and remarketing.
  • You will be responsible for multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing insight and performance metrics to achieve omni presence and meet KPIs.
  • Develop and speak to campaign performance, develop presentations, and provide recommendations for future campaigns to share with Senior Leadership.
  • Maintain and identify partnerships with digital vendors
  • Develop digital assets and campaigns to support mobile app growth, product feature promotion, and agent marketing services, including email marketing strategies and optimization of current digital services
  • Identify growth opportunities for Organic Search and translate them into clear SEO marketing requirements and recommendations to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Be the Marketing team's SEO consultant, working with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure all content is written with SEO in mind.
  • Develop effective paid search campaigns though Google Ads.
  • Leverage industry-leading tools such as SEMRush to gather insights into SEO and SEM optimizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design and Content teams to implement best practices.
  • Be the expert on our audience, prospective buyers/sellers/investors, who they are, how they make decisions and their key decision criteria.
  • Provide analysis of data and develop dashboards and reporting to clearly communicate business performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Produce reports and analyze KPIs regarding the performance of landing pages using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
  • Use data analytics to track performance towards goals and benchmarks while also identifying opportunities for business development across segments of the company.
  • Offer general assistance to the Marketing department during peak cycles and manage online platforms' day-to-day operations, coordinating with the development team for troubleshooting, updates, and feature coordination.
  • Maintain communication with IT, Sales, Product, and Strategic teams to ensure brand alignment and optimize resources for personalized, engaging customer experiences. Additionally, oversee a digital and social media specialist's management, including goal setting, performance management, and coaching.

Talent Specs

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the digital industry
  • Strong skills in email marketing best practices and execution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience developing and monitoring ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with an ability to report and optimize based on performance
  • Experience using insights and analytics software such as Google Analytics, Tableau with the ability to extract and analyze from platforms HootSuite, Delivra and Meta Business Manager.
  • Previous experience in SEO Software such as SEM Rush an asset
  • Previous experience with CRM systems an asset
