In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

Who are we looking for:

As a Learning + Development Coordinator, you will support and contribute to the success of learning programs across the studio. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will provide crucial support to program delivery, actively assisting instructors and studio members in navigating internal learning resources. You will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the studio.

What you will do:

  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling classes for internal learning and development programs. Handle enrollment, waitlists, cancellations, and collect class evaluations.
  • Collaborate with instructors, providing troubleshooting support and facilitating course material distribution.
  • Maintain learning program databases, manage feedback submissions, including attendance tracking, and generate summaries for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process enhancement by conducting reviews, identifying training needs.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new workflow processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Prepare, administer, analyze, and report on surveys and evaluations for diverse programs.

What you will bring:

  • Post Graduate Degree or a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Adult Learning, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in coordinating/supporting corporate training/adult education programs.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., comfortable with VLOOKUP, pivot tables and pivot charts, etc.). Experience in LMS software is an asset.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the studio.
