Our client is results-driven and looking to expand further in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
The Job:As a remote sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, setting appointments & closing sales. Working collaboratively with the owner, you will be expected to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
Role
  • The Salesperson is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business.
  • This role involves closing inbound deals, accurate reporting, identifying potential issues in our sales process, and communicating these to the owner.
  • The Salesperson is responsible for meeting sales targets and generating revenue, contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team.

Responsibilities:
  • Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Participate in lucrative incentive schemes and monetary benefits to encourage high performance.
  • Report individual sales metrics to the owner.
  • Collaborate with the owner to follow lead generation plans that align with company and revenue growth objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies.
  • Understand existing client success to implement overall sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business-to-business sales role.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven track record in closing deals
  • Experience Selling in the Manufacturing / Packaging Industry
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Experience in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility to travel when required within the U.S. and Canada
