We are looking for a suitable candidate for Receptionist position. The most suitable individuals must have experience in the following functions.
Location: MississaugaShift: Days 8:00am to 4:30 pm

Job Duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails.
  • Daily use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to help out in the accounts payable and receivable departments when needed
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Demonstrated initiative, pro-activity, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience in a similar receptionist environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel Outlook
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Be interested in a long-term employment opportunity with room to grow with the company

  • Willing to be trained on accounting processes
