We are currently seeking a Millwright to join our versatile maintenance team in Cambridge for a full time, permanent position with excellent benefits, a great team-oriented environment and tool allowances.

Responsibilities:

• Replace faulty components of machinery or adjust the clearances and alignment of moving parts.
• Align machinery and equipment using hoists, jacks, and manual tools.
• Conduct tests on units to assess mechanical performance.
• Carry out preventative maintenance according to the prescribed schedule and complete necessary documentation.
• Assemble machinery and secure them to foundations or other structures using hand and power tools such as bolts, welding, riveting, etc.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment as necessary.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Offer guidance to all involved teams to achieve successful outcomes.

• Hold a valid Millwright 433A certification.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and rectify them.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of provincial electrical codes.
• Experience in PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and die repair.
